coreutils: ls –quoting-style=c and | (pipe) symbol

output of ls --quoting-style=c is incorrect when filename contains |
(pipe) symbol.

Steps:
  mkdir /tmp/bla
  touch "/tmp/bla/filename with | pipe"
  ls --quoting-style=c /tmp/bla

returns:

 "filename with | pipe"
